Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

We offer worldwide shipping through trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and secure.

Due to the nature of our curated luxury goods, all sales are final unless the item is received damaged, not as described, or proven inauthentic.

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, you must contact us at luxury@giakarsko.com within 14 days of receipt, providing photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition with all packaging, tags, and authentication materials intact. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the property of AIRLIVING LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
